The Weekly Photo Challenge is to show something that takes a good thing and makes it better.
This first photo is what I was going for with my macro lens (originally posted on my Instagram account and in this blog post here). I love the way the center of the flower looks wet and sort of like egg yolks.
After cropping and publishing it, I noticed the teeny-tiny little yellow bug on the right-pointing petal. When I cropped again and zoomed the photo, I found she was very photogenic. Just look at those eyes (I assume). She is my cherry on the already good flower-shot.
Perspective is everthing
